To make the apple cider vinegar, follow the instructions below:
-A large glass container
-1 kilo of apples
-3 spoonfuls of sugar
-1 piece of cloth
Wash and peel the apples, keeping as much as the flesh as possible, and place into the glass container, along with the sugar and the water.
Place the cloth over the top of the container and secure with a rubber band.
Let this mixture rest in a dark room for 5-6 weeks. The room should have a temperature of 15-26 degrees C.
After 6 weeks, remove the liquid from the fermented apples, by pouring the vinegar solution into a separate clean jar for three more days.
The vinegar should now be ready to taste, check the acidity levels by tasting a little of the vinegar, more sugar or water can be added if necessary to taste.
